Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

What we sell

Digital study material only: online access to solved UPSC PYQ pages and downloadable PDFs. Nothing is shipped physically.

Delivery

Access is given instantly after a successful payment, on the same page and by email. If you have paid and do not get access within 2 hours, contact us (see below) and we will fix it or refund you.

Cancellation

Because access starts immediately, an order cannot be cancelled after payment is completed.

Refunds

• Full refund if you were charged twice for the same product, if the payment went through but access was never delivered and we cannot fix it, or if the content is materially different from its description. Ask within 7 days of purchase.
• No refund once the content has been accessed or downloaded, except in the cases above, since digital material cannot be returned.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5–7 working days.
